Bonny Lass hails from Ireland and has a long history of life on the sea. Many a year she spent
sailing with her father, Captain Donald. The spray of the bay on her face. The burning of the
sun on her skin. The choppy swells they conquered. Aye a sailors life for her was a joyful life
indeed. Except for the fact that she hates being wet!
Yes, many a day she spent soaked to the bone, fighting the unmerciful swells, as the waves
battered her on the deck of the ship. There was even a time where she and her kin clung to the
capsized hull of their ship, praying for help to sail their way.
Aye, a sailors life can leave you waterlogged and cold... but the thrill of the adventure always
keeps her boarding the next ship that enters port. Which brings us to how she met Captain
Jack Sparrow. Twas an early spring evening, March 9th to be exact, when she spotted him on
the streets of Tortuga. She recognized him instantly. That devilish smile, that confident
swagger, she had seen it all before. No, not in Jack himself, but, yes, his father Captain
Teague. Oh yes, she knew him well as they had been ship mates many years before.
She summoned up the courage to speak to Jack and tell him of her story, their story, of a short
lived romance on a stormy sea. A story worth telling someday, just not today. Jack figured
anyone able to keep up with father was worthy of sailing with him on his ship.
Truth be telling, Bonny Lass was honored by the invitation and eager to face her next
adventure, Sailing with the right fine Captain Jack Sparrow.
As time passed and with her being one of the most experienced crew members, she took a
special interest in making sure the ship and the crew were always working efficiently. With this
being so Captain Sparrow gave her the position of Bo'sun.
Bonny Lass is an adventure loving soul but still has the renowned Irish temper. She carries
only a dagger into battle because it is said the she likes to be close to her enemies when she
runs them through!

Pirate History:
Bo'sun: The Bo'sun, or Boatswain, was in charge of the rigging, sails, cables and anchors, making sure they all work efficiently. He was also usually in charge of
stores, and replacement of provisions. In charge of all the work on deck, they translated the captain's orders into operations by the crew. If a crewman was not
doing their duty on deck it was up to the Bo'sun to see that he was properly punished.
